By creating an account or using Tavolata you agree to these terms. Tavolata is operated from Switzerland and the service is currently free.

Service

Tavolata is a personal recipe library and crew-based meal-decision app. We provide the service as is and may change features over time.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract under the law of your country of residence.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, don't try to break or overload the service, don't impersonate someone else, and don't post recipes that infringe a third party's intellectual property. Crews are private spaces. Only invite people you trust.

Your content

You keep ownership of every recipe, description, and image you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to you and to your crew members so the app can work. Delete a recipe and the licence ends within the retention window.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Crew tab. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

Tavolata is offered without warranties. Recipes are submitted by users. Verify allergens and food safety yourself. We are not liable for damages arising from following a recipe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Tavolata is currently free, so this amount may be zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply where they offer stronger protection.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the bottom of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
